Our rope access teams can work directly on a building without the need for extensive scaffolding or large access equipment. This means less impact on occupants, visitors and day-to-day operations, making contract cleaning practical for busy commercial and residential developments.

Rope access enables our trained operatives to reach high-level and restricted areas that conventional cleaning methods may struggle to access, helping ensure the whole building can be maintained to a consistent standard.

Safety is central to every Shadbolt project. Our teams are led by Level 3 IRATA, IPAF and Confined Spaces trained operatives, with work planned around project-specific Method Statements and Risk Assessments. Equipment is independently audited and maintained in compliance with LOLER requirements.
